trouble centering form

Would it be better to not include <div class="row row-centered"> within the package so a user can tweak the positioning appropriately for their page?

Then instead, the docs could recommend the following as the suggestion to add to the page.

Dropdown problem after meteor update

after an update, the ian:accounts-ui-bootstrap-3 no longer pops out the login dropdown form

Installed package, placed in the template and added the necessary server code. When I submit the form, i states " Error! Please check your inputs!" and in developer tools, "Error: JSON.stringify cannot serialize cyclic structures."

Is this perhaps due to this message:
"Warning: Assigning helper with Template.contactForm.formSubmitted = ... is deprecated. Use Template.contactForm.helpers(...) instead."

I really like this package and just hope it can work correctly. Thanks!
