Add shapes to data points
January values are not visible because there is no indication of a point in the graph, so data points need to be explicitly shown.
Year colors are not consistent

OTP needs to be percentages
OTP needs to show percentage markings but doesn’t.
OTP values need to be rounded
OTP values need to be rounded to the nearest 100th and show two decimal points even when zeros.
