OGC presentations

Preparation

git clone https://github.com/riboseinc/ogc-presentations
cd ogc-presentations
git submodule update --init --recursive

Testing an existing presentation

cd ogc19sg-20190227-docteam-mn
make clean all

You will get index.html and index.pdf.

If you only want to iterate HTML, do this:

cd ogc19sg-20190227-docteam-mn
make html; open index.html

Creating a new presentation

cp template NAME="${my_presentation_folder_name}"
cd "${my_presentation_folder_name}"
bundle update

Compiling HTML & PDF outputs

cd "${my_presentation_folder_name}"
make

Behind the scene: housekeeping

Update the Reveal.js ogc.css stylesheet.

Prepare npm for Reveal.js:

${my_presentation_folder_name}> pushd reveal.js && npm install && popd

Regenerate the CSS:

${my_presentation_folder_name}> cp revealjs-css/ogc.scss reveal.js/css/theme/source/
> pushd reveal.js && `npm bin`/grunt css-themes && popd
> cp reveal.js/css/theme/ogc.css revealjs-css/
