With cocotb, we should be able to use Github's CI framework to create automated tests.

Continuous task:

1. Create cocotb testbench for every module we create.

CI setup tasks:

1. Create file for specifying tests to run (using pytest?)
2. Identify dependencies (cocotb?)
   • Create text file with requirements?
3. Get Github CI working.
