This repo contains a directionary of the thesis research project.

• Admin: Contains the master thesis manuscript and all the images that don't belong to the results section.
• Scripts: Contains all the analysis code (R and Python) and the model (python), implemented on Dr. Mehdi Senoussi's behavioral task.
• Data: Contains all the data generated by the model and empirical data collected by Dr. Medhi Senoussi.
• Results: Contains all the results.

• Dr. Pieter Verbeke, main writer of the Sync-Model.py.
