Limits the lines of text that can be displayed before getting cut off. This should interact with the animate blocks to break the text into pages just like the story extension does.

Same as the splash block in the game category but using fancy text. Might also add an optional parameter for pausing the game in the background (defaults to true)

Currently Arcade only has support for 1bpp and 4bpp images. 4bpp is probably a little too much for a font, but 2bpp would work nicely. This will need to be implemented in pxt-common-packages.
