Is it possible to send an automatic response to a caller if they select a specific extension on ring central?
Say they call and want to book a party, we have the option on our ring central "to book a party press 1" then when they press 1 we send them a text with a link to fill out information for the party
As a user I would like to be able to send a message directly to the bot with a keyword word to confirm the reply I created works.
IE If keyword is sent to the bot have it send the reply that is linked with that keyword, instead of the default reply.
Is it possible to configure an auto-reply bot? rather than a specific user.
Then everyone just @ this bot (not @ a specific real user), and get an auto-reply from it
