In the trigger after_insert_proposals, I want

insert a record in pre_votes
which proposal_hash =
if exist a record about current height in lock_infos
lock_info.proposal_hash
else
proposal.proposal_hash

But I don't know how to implement it with SQL.

So I update proposal.proposal_hash with a select from lock_infos.

If there are no lock info about current height, proposal.proposal_hash will be null.

Then I update back proposal.proposal_hash if found it is null.

This will modify the proposal.proposal_hash if we have lock info about current height.

So how to implement the logic that I wanted?

For example, we can analyze votes and get nodes that maybe disconnect.

So we can resend some messages to these nodes when they were recovered.

We can collect illegal messages (bad signature, dup, etc).

Then we can get nodes that maybe fault.
