To get started with ShrinkIt, follow the steps below:

1. Clone the repository.

git clone [email protected]:RishikeshNK/shrinkit.git
cd shrinkit

2. Install the necessary dependencies by running npm install in client and server.

cd client
npm install
cd ../server
npm install

3. Configure the .env file by following the template in .env.example in server. See Setting up the environment.

4. Run the application by running the client and the server.

cd client
npm run dev

cd server
npm start

1. Create a new file called .env or copy the .env.example and rename it to .env in the server folder.

cd server
cp .env.example .env

2. Complete the file to add your environment variables.
