Hi Simone,

You can try using the base project https://github.com/webrtc-uwp/PeerCC to validate your setup (hardware and network) to check if your webcam sender workstation is sending frames over to the receiver app and see their interactions.

If you only see a gray screen .. that usually means the receiver is not getting any video frames from the sender which could indicate either a network peer setup issue or the sender is able to get webcam frames to send.
