Anyone knows where the video of lecture 20 is?
I can't find it on YouTube.

I'm following the course on youtube. I tried to change the code at lecture1/count_operations.h to use the std::iota and it's stops compiling. The following message:

./instrumented.h:30:16: note: candidate function not viable: no known conversion from 'double' to 'const instrumented<double>' for 1st argument
        instrumented& operator=(const instrumented& x){

makes me try to remove the explicit keyword in lecture1/instrumented.h and it works again. But I have no idea why, and I believe this is not a good solution.

I know it's not the place for that, but is it possible to get access to the emails of the email list? maybe there is more explanations there (not about this specifically but general).
