Allow a new user to sign up with a separate account

Currently can only change title, body, description, and topic of articles. Add a way to change the photo but updating the photo stored in the S3 bucket

install cra-build-watch package and configure client to run watch command in dev mode. Once implemented can remove:

updateFilter selects elements on the DOM to update the filter styling on selection. It should be using the state to determine different styling instead of vanilla Javascript
