Add labels

Allow each section to be associated with tags.
TBD if there's any AI here - it might be the same as strings.

Alert when data is missing

When a string contains sections for which some data is missing or partial
(exists only for some years), alert the user in some way (can be subtle).

Save the retrieved trees in the client

Kind of caching , so ifwe've already called 2008, there's no need to bring it
again each time

Add more behviours support to the Tree's DataSource

We have support for "Fetch".

The DataSource is suppose to work synchroniclly with the data elements on the
server. FOr example , if you remove something from the tree, some corresponding
action is suppose to take place on the server. We don't want that to happen,
because for us , the yearly budget is fixed, and if you dragged something from
the tree to the bucket, we don't want the Section to be removed from the server
model - only from the gui representation.

However , the action "remove" is called anyway, so we need to provided some
empty implementation of it.

Share strings

Allows users to share strings, s.t. two users can edit the same string,
(optionally) let another user only view a specific string etc.

We need to show the % of expense used per year

Problem is - it requires more columns in the table , and it's big enough as it
is. Maybe add a color coding or something?

Connect the BucketTree to a DS, same as the BudgetTrees

We can synchronize the BucketTree to a DS , and this way we will be able to
save changes automatically

This means , how ever , that in order to start to work you have to choose an
existing bucket, or start a new one.

At first we can just use a new one each time (just to see that it works) - but
then we have to thicken the flow so users will have a normal work flow (i.e,
log in, see a list of buckets, choose one , get to work on it, save it... )

Numbers don't make sense

Adding the whole budget of a certain year, the graph shows:
1.5B for 2008
~1.6B for 2009

This doesn't make a lot of sense...

Allow weight be section

Allow each section in a string to be associated with a [0, 1] weight, where
only the corresponding fraction of the section's budget should be summed in the
string.

Graph that shows per-expense weight during the years

Add graphs that shows you the weight of each expense during the years
(Basically an area graph where the data series is the expense and not the sum
of expenses)

Add titles to the trees

Add titles to the TreeGrid columns

Switch to native DataSource for the trees

We need this in order to lower over bandwidth and in order to use all the
utilities provided by the DataSource
