This simple shopping cart prototype shows how React with Typescript, React hooks, react Context and Styled Components can be used to build a friendly user experience with instant visual updates and scaleable code in ecommerce applications.

Requirements

  • Node.js
  • NPM

How to run the tests using Cypress UI

  1. run in your terminal npx cypress open. This will open the Cypress Task Runner
  2. from the Cypress Task Runner, go to Specs and click on the test you want to run
  • you can run the tests in the order you prefer
