names have different capitalization

Initial forum responses show that some people are not consistent with capitalizing names.
This needs to be accounted for in the data cleaning so the scoring is robust to this.

Anchor - Route mismatch

Initial forum responses show that sometimes people get the anchor/colour wrong.

Ex.

row 19: Anchor 1, Colour Hand Crack
row 20: Anchor 2, Colour Hand Crack

The correct combination is Anchor 1, Colour Hand Crack
