Simple script to extract wappalyzer information in markdown format to the clipboard
Just simle execute
npx wappalyzer-to-md <url>And then you will have in the clipboard the technology stack of the provided URL.
To update the output of and execute the new package just:
npm run build; npm linkAnd then we are able to again execute it with npx
To check if everything is still in place
npm run test

When I found your tool, I was excited as I wanted to get the wappalyzer info from various sites I use. So I can see if they are using old/vulnerable components.
I am on Kali Linux 2020.1 kali-rolling. When I run the command to get info, I get this error:
npx wappalyzer-to-md https://www.chase.com

{ Error: Both xsel and fallback failed
I installed xsel and that looks good. Even though the binary that got installed looks like it is over20+ years old.
Please let me know what I am doing wrong?
