Update readme to show curl install process

Should run apt-get to install all of the necessary libraries.
Should install forever and node.

Respect "autoUpdate" setting in config
Prevent multiple forever processes
Use the script path to kill any existing forever processes before starting a new one.
Create API for loading transports and interfaces as "middleware"
Right now, transports and interfaces are loaded in via config.json in a way that is not always 100% useful. By utilizing an Express-like API a la app.use(some_middleware), we can load in transports and interfaces in a safer fashion with a better way to customize for all use-cases.
Update all refs to this repo from rbn-pi to bifrost
This is due to the renaming of the repo.
