From Dottie: Robin, The WeatherWear solution from your GitHub runs perfectly in Visual Studio on my Windows machine, but on the Mac it is having an issue with versions of NuGet packages targeting .Net Framework Version (4.6.1) vs the Class Library targeting .Net Standard. I am not at all familiar with the differences between .NET Core, .NET Framework, and .Net Standard. Apparently, the Class lib in VS for Mac defaults to .NET Standard but its NuGet packages are .Net Framework. This is handled just fine in Windows VS but Mac VS is unhappy. I think it is related to this discussion: dotnet/standard#481
