cv's Issues

Citation style (CSL) for this CV

vitae now uses CSL files to format CV bibliographies. I've spent a bit of time creating a CSL for the current vitae style, and apart from minor styling changes (spacing, indentation, etc) this is now done.

However before I finish with the style changes, I figured I should ask if you knew of a CSL that would be better suited for this CV (and perhaps as a default for vitae).

Erorr of using xelatex

I had an error of using xelatex as the latex_engine. The reason for using xelatex is that it allows for UTF-8 encoding. However, it looks like xelatex is not compatible with other components.

The error is as below:

! LaTeX Error: Option clash for package fontspec.

Error: LaTeX failed to compile RobHyndmanCV.tex. See https://yihui.org/tinytex/r/#debugging for debugging tips. See RobHyndmanCV.log for more info.
In addition: Warning message:
In has_crop_tools() :
Tool(s) not installed or not in PATH: pdfcrop, ghostcript
-> As a result, figure cropping will be disabled.
Execution halted

The output of sessionInfo is

R version 4.0.5 (2021-03-31)
Platform: x86_64-w64-mingw32/x64 (64-bit)
Running under: Windows >= 8 x64 (build 9200)

BTW: the OS is windows 10.

I have attached the file of RobHyndmanCV.log.

Many thanks for your help.

Reverse numbering citations in CV?

Thank you Prof @robjhyndman for open-sourcing your CV style file! It is really great to be able to use your CV style file, and I really appreciate the \addtocategory{...} function. Sorry to impose, but I cannot figure out if (and how) it would be possible to reverse order citations in each bibcategory. I've tried modifying \def\lastref#1{\addtocounter{#1}{\value{papers}}\setcounter{papers}{0}}and some of the other \addtocounter commands that I saw in the style file, but I unfortunately got nowhere. Any insight appreciated! I also looked into StackOverflow (e.g. here and here) but I couldn't figure out how to work in those suggestions to your style file (assuming that those approaches would even work ... which I also can't figure out). Thanks in advance for your time!
