CrowdNotes v 0.2.0 - 28 April 2012

Updated the code to work with Node.js 0.10.5, mongoose 3.x, and changed
the jade files to use blocks. Also, being new to git, I added a dumb 
commit message.

the async version doesn't work -- and here is why

I was browsing your source and saw you didn't know why async version wasn't working

you'll see you need to call it on the .pre('save') event, and not try to set a field value sync.

dead link in README.md
