Unable to run Instrumented Tests: Failed resolution of Jacoco

Whenever attempting to run any Instrumented Test nothing seems to happen, but upon logcat inspection the following stack trace is outputted:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Connect to a physical device or emulator
Attempt to run or debug any Instrumented Test
tail the logcat output
Wait
See test fail with unable to resolve the Activity.

As a Developer, I would like to know what's the code coverage, So I may prioritize tech debt

Acceptance Criteria

Code Coverage is generated for each build
Code Coverage is reported in Sonarqube Analysis
Quality Gate is turned on for Coverage Warnings

As an User, I would like to login in to the application with my Google account, So I may create my track my packages

Acceptance Criteria

Whenever the App first opens a login button is displayed to the user
Upon clicking the button the user is redirect to his/hers Google Sign-in
Upon completing the Sign-In users are Authenticated into the Application
The Login Button should reflect changes to the User's Authentication status

As a Developer, I would like Instrumented Tests to be run every build, So I may prevent breaking builds sooner in the cycle

In order to support Feature Flags, we will add Firebase RemoteConfig to the application

Context

In order to have an easier time rolling out features and new versions it would be interesting to have a mechanism to toggle features for A/B testing on the fly, without the need of generating new builds and having users download those. In a nutshell: we should be able to support feature toggles/flags and turns out Firebase already has such a feature! The name is "RemoteConfig""

Acceptance Criteria

Install required dependencies to use Firebase RemoteConfig
Update the README.md file with documentation on how to enable and toggle flags
Update the Dependency Injection framework to provide instances of RemoteConfig (or abstractions)

When tests are executed in the pipeline, I want to upload the reports to GitHub Actions so that I can assess them during Code Reviews

Whenever code is built during a PR upload the resulting JaCoCo reports to GitHub
Whenever code is built during a PR upload the resulting Android Lint reports to GitHub
