Support csh shell
I assume that will cover tcsh as well, but add tests for that as well to make sure
Zsh crashes before exporting env vars because of the bash isms for returns
Support fish shell
Better error handling for missing profile
AWS cli does let you know but jq throws an error still
aws-cli-mfa -p profile-dne $AWS_MFA_ARN 123456
The config profile (profile-dne) could not be found
aws sts get-session-token --profile profile-dne --serial-number arn:aws:iam::####:mfa/XYZ --token-code 123456
jq: error (at <stdin>:1): null (null) has no keys
