下午试了下 Vue 中文文档和日文文档同步英文仓库的方案（Action），简单描述下各自流程，方便对比选择。

中文文档

维护三个分支， upstream（用来同步上游变动）、dev（用来翻译、处理上游变动冲突）和 main（每次 release 版本后再将 dev 合并进来）。

SyncAction：每天将【原仓库的 main 分支】同步到 fork 仓库的 upstream 分支。
Maintainer 操作： 隔段时间，需要手动把 upsteam 分支 merge 到 dev，并处理下这阶段的改动和翻译。之后，再随一定 release 节奏统一合入 main 分支。（例如 此次PR）
问题： 需要手动人工定期去 merge

日文文档

维护 dev 和 main 分支。

SyncAction：将【 原仓库的main分支】的每一条 commit 改动创建一个 branch，并尝试 cherry pick，成功则发起 issue+PR，失败则只有 issue。
Maintainer操作： 定期关闭 issue 和 PR，无对应 PR issue 需要手动 cherry pick。之后，再随一定 release 节奏统一合入 main 分支。（例如 此次PR）
问题： 按 commit 纬度 diff，但按天维度维护，就可能存在较多冗余 issue。（按日文设置的cron 12min左右运行一次）
