rom-elasticsearch's Issues

Add support of bulk API

Bulk API is useful in cases of create or update multiple documents. Current API has some problems with performance in cases of inserting thousands of documents.

Bulk API

Allow to pass a client object as a dependency for gateway

In some cases, we have to pre-configure ElasticSearch client or use a shared instance of client, so it would be useful to allow using exiting client in rom-elasticsearch configuration.

So, gateway interface should respect the following interface:

    ROM::Configuration.new(:elasticsearch, client Elasticsearch::Client.new(url))
