Create design for application according to requirements

1) Create jsp page with Wysiwyg text area.
2) Implement data serialization from input/output streams.
3) Organize correct data visualization in Wysiwyg text area.

Create protocol for communication according to requirements and mock checker 
that will randomly put results. This task could be for two peoples.

Add user administration tab. It should allow to assign user privileges, remove 
and block some users.

Allow teacher user to create a problem as per requirements.

Create model objects and configure hibernate to work with these objects.

Create spring web security configuration. Create possibility for user to 
register.

Why uses default servlet-mapping pattern /ui/*?
