Is it compatible with CS6? And if not, is there anyway to have that? It's a good addon

What's happening : Every time I use the script, the following error appears. (Tested on a blank file)

The script still works perfectly, I can close the error message and continue working.

i have a problem with the size language , it always write with Arabic language and i want it to be English

On a retina Mac using Photoshop CC, it seems that the script outputs both pt and px sizing for the layer, the pt size having about 10 decimal places. You end up with something like "18.98374986345pt / 354px" as the text, which is obviously not very neat (or helpful). On a non-retina Mac with Photoshop CC, only the px size is shown.

Might be a setting somewhere in Photoshop itself, but not sure what / where. Any ideas?

I'm confused by what Scaled Units are for. I see that they convert the target to points using the document resolution but I'm failing to understand how that's helpful, to me, at least (?).

It appears that when I make a selection of 100px for example, the script returns a size of 102px.
And do the same for any size. Always add 2 extra pixels to the selection.
This can be solved by selecting a 2px smaller area than the one really needed. But it's sometimes painful and tricky, especially when using the magnetics smart guides. However they are very helpful in that kind of tasks. So it's too bad having to disable them :)
Does anyone has the same issue ?

your tool is really great. I've been looking for such script for so long :)
I still have a little issue though. It displays sizes in px and inches.
I've tried to set all sizes in px in the Preferences but didn't solve it.
Any clue ?

When trying to run the size marks script I get the attached error. I also included the photoshop version information. This is the latest version of photoshop released in late June.

Even on a white background, the soft pinkish text is too light. Would like to see it darker or more saturated.

Very useful script, thank you! I would like to make a few change requests for user options:

• Add user option to change line and font color
• Add user option to change line thickness
• Add user option to change font
• Add user option to change font size
• Add user option to select units (current version displays points and px at the same time - would be nice to select one or the other)

It showed measurements as PX only a minute ago, it's showing things as "334.5pt / 446px". As brilliant as this dual unit feature may be, it creates confusion for the developer.

Anyway to hide PT? and show PX only?

Ruler Opacity Appear Light Compare to Number, A Beginning it was good but after of some time use, this problem appears. I tried to Reinstall the tool but the same problem appears again. I am using Photoshop 2021.

1. Что бы размеры отображались в миллиметрах или сантиметрах?
2. Как изменить размер шрифта (например при высоком разрешении, очень мелкий текст размеров получается)?
3. Как менять цвета текста и линий?
4. Стиль линий (пунктир)?

It would be great if script will respect current document measurements (e.g. px/pt/mm/cm/etc.).
Also, maybe, depending on this line thickness and font size should vary

Thank you for a great plug-in! Just wanted to know if there's a way to toggle off the "pt" size amount and only have "px"? The gif image on the info page shows only px in use but I just installed it and tried it out but I get sizes listed as "101.6 pt / 144 px", and I only need px.

Would love to be able to select two layers and run the script. It would calculate both vertical and horizontal and then I could delete the one not needed; this, short of separate scripts for each axis.

After using Command+Shift+P (default shortcut), the plugin makes the layer for marking, but at the middle of processing an error 154 occurs. after clicking on "OK", we have just the dimension number, no line for marking.

The instructions are written in Mac format, but the script itself does indeed work on Windows (7 is what I used to test it on), so how about some Windows love? I was able to get the script work, but some of the instructions lead to a dead end on Windows.

• For me, there wasn't a /scripts folder in C:\Users\\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014\Presets
• Using File > Scripts > Browse was the way I was able to get the script to run
• The script never showed up in my menu - I had to do the previous step each time, therefore, I wasn't able to make a keyboard shortcut.

How to show the unit measures in cm?

Роман, а возможно сделать совместимость с более ранними версиями PS? Например, с CS5.
Скрипт запускается, рисует прямую, но падает на попытке написать значение.
При этом, пробовал Pixel Measure (похожий по функционалу скрипт 2009 года). Он работает, но косячит с вычислениями. Т.е. функционально это вроде возможно делать на старых версиях PS.

It would be great if script will use current foreground color for measurements color. Pink is ok, but on red-pink backgrounds it is almost invisible

I use the CS 6(v.13.1.2) and SM.jsx-v1.0. Everything works perfectly. But the script shows both sizes. I need pixels only. How to hide the first size (pt)?

Is there a way to control the font size that is being output?

I find this lastest version(1.3) cannot work on photoshop cs6.
