A very simple app fetching random data from the Chuck Norris Api (https://api.chucknorris.io/#)

I wanted to check the new updates on Flutter Bloc (https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_bloc) since the companies I have worked uses different state management, and the best way to be up-to-date was create a simple app. I tried to create different layers and use events and states as recommended.
