• page loaded before then went no internet saves the local storage with error state and empty jokes array overwriting the previous state on localstorage. This also causes the app to load forever even having a working internet connection since item 'state' is present on localstorage but it contains an error

• when there is no internet, it loads the current state from localstorage and renders it. upon hitting add joke button, ti will return a Network Error hence button should be hidden if loaded from localstorage

• running on localstorage and giving like/dislike also doesnt saves when loaded again with internet connection
