It's possible to use push state to handle the routing?

The README would have:

• Instructions to install elasticbox as a plugin
• Some link to try an online version of elasticbox
• A nice preview of the features
• A contributor's guide
• Badges for test coverage and continuous integration.

We need to define a default refresh rate, this one would be used to determine the time ( in seconds ), to ping the elasticsearch server for information.

It would be nice if the user can change this option from the left panel.

This page will feature a general overview of:

• Cluster status
• Cluster settings
• List of nodes
• List of shards and replicas

We need to make a plugin easy to set-up on a local machine, and distribute as a elasticsearch plugin.

• Remove the "elasticbox" word from the header

There are a lot of problems with the actual implementation, better switch to a well tested library

This ticket aims a general implementation of tool tips, we are going to use a lot of tool tips in the whole site, most of them pointing to the elasticsearch documentation.

• Choose a tool tip plugin ( must be available on bower )
• Chose and apply styles to an icon, representing a helpful tool tip
• Apply styles to the tool tip
