Chrome store possiblity

I see similar chrome store apps. Was yours rejected specifically ?

Major issues:
After clicking send, it opens new tab, then immediately closes it, and no message was sent. I have no error msg generated also.
Minor issues:
Along with that few minor issues. Can you allow to edit the country code? or let us include that along with number itself? its not fixed at brazil. Also the button colors are very unreadable.
