Pytests on Development Branch can't find Module
Describe the bug
Pytest cannot find module.
To Reproduce
Run pytest tests/ in root directory of project.
Additional context

PyTest needs configuration settings to work
- Update PyTests to work without the env file inside of Github workflow
- Update the workflow to run pytests
Dates and Numbers append single quotes
Dates and numbers are appending single quotes into the Google Sheets when written.
