Allow user to tap/hover to retrieve information on how many cases are in each district.

For Alicia to derive statistics/integrate into copy.

The map shows no data when you select then unselect a parameter from the smart search bar (the dropdown with all the districts listed). When there are no smart search parameter selections it needs to show the default view with all districts.

Either moving the title up on the image and readjusting the color, or placing a transparent dark box behind it so the white text is readable.

Break down the definition of human trafficking and add data layers (think Alicia's 572 final project) as we scroll through the definition.

We should create a comprehensive resource list of ways people can get involved based on the interviews. These should be based on the interviews and include links for how to actually do these things.
