Currently a lot of game related events and things are located under the server namespace, and have been tied very closely to the IRwServer interface and its subsequent implementation under Oddmatics.RozWorld.Server.

This needs changing, the plan is to move all of these functions into the Generic namespace, and instead tie them to the IRwGame interface.

The client and server will then need to expose their IRwGame implementations to plugins/child objects specifically, and not in their main class (ie. no IRwServer.Game sort of thing). This means that the child objects can hook into the game itself without needing to know whether they are on a client or server, any client/server related functionality needed by those objects can specifically call into IRwClient or IRwServer when needed (with the appropriate checks).
