Trying to verify if the labels are 1:1 with actions or if adding 5 labels triggers 5 actions (with 4-5 of them ignored due to current filtering).

Inspired by https://github.com/abinoda/slack-action/issues/1 (which makes it sound like the slack notifier we're using might not be very extendable since it basically just does a cURL statement.

https://github.com/marketplace/actions/slack-notify looks promising.

Should be no GitHub actions taken on this...

testing custom title

Feels pretty hardcoded to me.
I think at a minimum:

• convert Slack Channel ID to a GitHub secret (same with API token)?
• link to the issue on GitHub
• add GitHub username of person whom labelled the issue (noting that the GitHub username won't always match Slack usernames, unless you're cool like me).

Actually, the last one brings up a good point. I guess you should try adding an issue and then I'll try adding the label, and we can see who the "actor" is in that case (where the submitter is different from the labeler).

Testing... but i cannot assign labels to issues because i am not a co-owner.
