According to manual tests and this post on SO IWshRuntimeLibrary is unable to produce shortcuts containing Unicode characters. Fix this.

Upon selecting target program, update field with program's directory to its parent directory (right now it's left empty, which can be considered counter-intuitive)

It'd be nice to have the program automatically search for AppLocale presence and make it show a clickable download link in case it isn't installed.

Right now program directory has to be set using manual text input. There should be a dialog for selecting folder, much like in #1.

Right now the only choice is to enter path to target program manually, or drag'n'drop the target .exe into the program.

There should be a button for locating the file via regular open dialog, right near the input.

Right now shortcuts created with the program get generic, indistinguishable icon, which effectively makes program difficult to recognize. Adding an icon would make this problem go away.

While having documentation mentioned in #4 is nice, program should be self-documenting as much as possible; in this case adding simple tooltips should be sufficient.
