Testing ofn Travis CI is failing due it not being able to see ActionController::Base for some reason.

Needs investigation
What is the input.file.type
to use?
Doing things like Rails.logger.debug "Help, I need somebody" will result in non-JSON logging.
To get around this we are going to have to create a new base logger as well.
Current questions I have regarding this:
For example when triggered by something like delayed_job

Should there still be non-json logs; or is that expected behaviour?

Convince the rails-core team to make the default LogSubscribers NOT auto-subscribe but make it a configurable option (default on) that can be disabled in the rails configuration.
