处理static.crates.io部分响应包含content-encoding: gzip的情况
crate文件事实上是一个gzip文件，所有crate文件都托管于static.crates.io(AWS S3)上。绝大多数包的响应都不包含content-encoding: gzip，但是少数包却会包含该HTTP响应头，默认的reqwest Client会自动解压这个crate文件，导致checksum校验失败。

日志收集
当前日志直接输出到stdout，仅用于debug和看着好看
期望之后可以使用sentry之类的服务监控error和warn的日志，并可以对access log做统计，理想状况下可以自动的定时更新无敏感信息的日志到github方便大家自己做分析。
请求一个不存在的crate时会返回500响应
正确的做法应该是返回404
内存泄漏
目前出现了非常严重的内存泄漏问题以至于OOM了，暂时先配置docker容器的自动重启，待之后有时间细细排查
补充Docker镜像使用文档
期望可以在每次master分支commit时检测是否拥有tag，如果有tag就自动触发流程，完成Docker镜像的构建并发布到docker hub。
可以用clux/muslrust:stable作为构建镜像，用alpine作为运行镜像(多阶段构建)，详情可参考: https://github.com/DCjanus/nabu/blob/master/Dockerfile
