Version info missing in manifest
When installing the integration, Home Assistant report following warning:
No 'version' key in the manifest file for custom integration 'ruuvi'.
This will not be allowed in a future version of Home Assistant.
Please report this to the maintainer of 'ruuvi'

Platform name in README.md needs updating
Thanks very much for this really useful project.
I just wanted to highlight for anyone struggling with setup, that the README.md appears slightly out of date.
The configuration.yaml example starts with...
sensor:
- platform: ruuvi-hass
whereas, I believe it should now be...
sensor:
- platform: ruuvi
Breaking HA version 0.91+
It seems that this component is no longer working, maybe because missing manifest.json
Is it possible to add missing file to repository?
