Controller origin starts at camera position (rather than offset)

Not sure if this is because the pose updates are slow from the gamepad API, or if this is something within the component itself?

line 110 of index.js reads this.el.removeAttribue('obj-model') instead of attribute

for situations where there is no net connectivity.

also, takes a while to load sometimes on a slow connection.

Are there any plans to submit/get this included in A-Frame natively?

Sometimes it will take several seconds for the controller to start working.

Is this a typo from the README?
