"hello.c" was meant to be just for my expirimentation with OpenMP before the lab. We should probably rename this file to "main.c", and "main.h"

This will also require an update to the makefile.

These should probably stay in until the multi-threaded version is working, but we'll want to remove them before the submission.

**Note: These debug statements make it run really slow on larger matrices

Possible Modifications necessary:

• "Make" builds the main executable (not make all)
• Copy the main executable to the root directory.
• Don't include all extra stuff that doesn't need to be submitted
  • Python scripts
  • other binaries
  • etc ....

note: Code has been updated in repository.

"make serialmain" has to be executed after "make clean all" only because i dont know how edit the makefile to have it build on its own. If you want you can fix this.
