This package is great, I have a similar need and I was wondering if you tried using a Bayesian classifier for this.

First, to my amazement, http://www.wtfpl.net is used, used in go packages and is semi-legit.

I was looking at GuessFile method and it looks like if the license file is

• License.txt (for instance https://github.com/dotnet/roslyn/blob/master/License.txt)
• or LICENSE.TXT (https://github.com/dotnet/coreclr/blob/master/LICENSE.TXT)

it wouldn't match... (I know, microsoft people, right?..)

Perhaps if we do the string comparison case-insensitive, that could also help eliminating the duplication going on at DefaultLicenseFiles variable.

I've found a few projects on github that basically drop in a link to opensource.org in their README* file to say, what license it is. http://opensource.org/licenses/MIT

Here's a sample:

Thoughts on adding this to the pipeline? Im happy to do the work.

Copyleft* is often used for licenses (maybe not so much golang.. but..)

i.e. instead of NewBSD one would use BSD-2-Clause, etc so linking to
http://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-2-Clause would be trivial.

(or add to the data structure, a Link field would contain the right link to opensource.org)
