Adding #include <sys/select.h> in hid.c seems to fix it.

The code has a bug in `lookup_hid_product' when there are other hidraw devices in the system that have longer names than the device we are looking for. Around hid.c:92 the line:

buf[re] = '\0';

should be

symlink_filename[re] = '\0';
