Programming font comparison
My suggestion is to have the alphabet three times at the top: once in regular, once in bold, once in italic. Why? I've discovered YET another supposedly "mono" font that isn't actually mono. Roboto mono, which I was really liking (and had stopped looking for a good programming font), has a different width italic. Having the alphabet three times would really help with rapidly determining which fonts aren't true mono.
Not sure if feature requests like this is accepted or whether there is a criteria for it. Maybe Hasklig wasn't included as it was a fork of Source Code Pro? What about Go Mono?
Mostly for me so I don't forget. The missing suggestions from https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=11716200
There were mentions of rendering issues with Retina / high DPI screens in the HN thread: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=9998193
I don't have a 4k Monitor or something equivalent to test. My attempt at fixing this with the srcset attribute is hosted here: http://www.eatginseng.com/font_testing/ . It delivers an upscaled image to the "2x" target. Note that the zoom function in the compare part has no effect for those screens since that would require even more images (a 4x zoom). Maybe I'll add that later.
If someone with retina and/or 4k displays could report if the images are still too small and/or blurry I would be very glad.
Hey, I recently got burned by Source Code Pro having a hyphen-minus and en dash that looked virtually identical. By "burned" I literally mean wasting an entire day trying to debug a Nagios server setup. It would be great to compare these three characters as well, ideally vertically with a comment beside. Their unicode sequences are: U+002D, U+2013, and U+2014 respectively.
Hi,
when discovering this project I was quite surprised that the Fira Code, Jetbrains Mono and Cascadia Code fonts are not included. I also like Agave a lot, so I'd be happy if you code include them:

I suppose you can find few for programming :-)

In fact, it's possible that that website has even some other fonts which are not included yet.
Andale Mono is great for coding.
I have an iMac 5K 27", still need help for captures?
In XCode 8 Beta, SF Mono was introduced.

Roboto Mono has both bold and italic versions but they're not included so the comparison only shows the regular version.
This should make a good overview if Unicode is supported at all.

Thanks!
Could you implement additional sizes at 11, 12 and 13pt? 10 is too small, but 20 is too big to see how it'd look like "in action".
Thanks! (awesome idea / site btw :) )

Roboto Mono italic doesn't display on Sublime even when correctly installed. No idea what's wrong
