serendipity_event_spamblock.php creates a very very long line for .htaccess about serendipity HOT 8 CLOSED

We have already patched this via SQL fetch. Please read

I've seen that, it didn't work. There where exactly that internal server errors mentioned in the thread. And I'm running 1.7.

Adding seperate "deny from" lines is performance-wise problematic, last time I checked. So it definitely needs to be grouped.

Also, I'm not really sure if that feature is such a great thing to have, it always created more trouble than it solved :)

I'm thinkig it would be best to more clearly mark this option as experimental, and maybe add a toggle for "ON - Multistatement, ON - SingleStatement, OFF". Then we could add both suggestions and users can pick what they want, if they do choose to pick it. I'll see when I can get to this, so let's leave the issue open
