If the content of the page/post is not long enough, footer position is incorrect. Live view, screenshot. Here is sample code that might be useful in fixing this (not that I don't believe in your coding skills). Current temporary fix is this plugin, but it would be much better if you incorporate "footer always on bottom" in your code.
