Pyrog is a web application which helps you standardizing healthcare data collected from various sources like medical softwares. This is a community tool and it aims at sharing ETLs for all these softwares to extract data and convert it into FHIR.

This project comprises a server built with Prisma (GraphQL), a client which consists of a React application and an exploration module which provides AI tools to dive in databases.

Installation instructions can be found in the README.md in ./client and ./server.

Note: you should also run our cleaning script API to benefit from the cleaning scripts functionality in Pyrog, namely to choose among a full library of scripts to clean several fields like addresses, dates, phone numbers, etc.
