It is a basic chat Application that is build using the Node.js, MongoDB, ExpressJS.

• Sign In
• Group Chat
• Group Creation with min 3 users
• Add to a Group by Only Admin user of the group
• Remove from a group by admin and user themself

Server: Node, Express

To Run the project on local system follow the simple steps:

clone this project on your local system

  git clone https://github.com/saikatms/group-chat-app.git
  cd group-chat-app

Installing Dependency for Server

  npm i -g nodemon
  npm i 

To run this project, you will need to add the following environment variables to your .env file

PORT

MONGO_URL

JWT_SECRET

start the Backend server by

  npm start
