sakai-documentation's Issues

Tutorial Splash Screen

Sakai 2.9 has a very nice feature in that when someone
logs in for the first time, it offers the user a
chance to take a tutorial. This is a really good thing.

But the window that pops up also allows the user to skip the tutorial.
Not to worry, the pop-up says, if you ever want to take the tutorial at
a later date, just click your name in the upper right corner of the
Sakai frame, and a menu will allow you to take the tutorial.

BUT WAIT! There ain't no stinkin name in this version of Sakai. All we have
is a cute, cuddly little icon. And indeed, if one clicks this cutie, a
menu with "Tutorial" pops up.

I don't know how this slipped by the Human Factors QC group, but
changing the wording on the introductory pop-up window should fix it.

Release Documentation

I just added a pull request to add the get-sakai file. Currently, it links to the binary and source installation instructions for 2.9. The issue concerns release documentation. Will we continue to put release notes into Confluence? If the intent is to move future release notes and instructions to this repo, then I think we should start by migrating the current 2.9 documentation. This will give us a chance to see how we might break it up, etc. We should give consideration to marking certain pages with a release number, as is done in the Moodle documentation.

Rename to Sakai documentation?

Hey,

Is this documentation effort still alive? If so, can we please rename to sakai-documentation instead of cle-documentation?

Thanks
