JObject->bool[] missing list constructor on ios about json.net.unity3d HOT 2 CLOSED

This is a common problem around iOS. Because json deserializer usesList<bool> for reading bool[], you need to let Unity3D include List<bool> while building your app, For example,

void Start() {
  if (DateTime.Now.Year < 0) { // actually never run but Unity doesn't know :)
     Debug.Log(new List<bool>());
  }
  // your code here

Whenever you encounter ExecutionEngineException: Attempting to call method 'SOMETYPE::.cctor' for which no ahead of time (AOT) code was generated. error on iOS, this always works 😄
