CryptoSite is a computational tool for predicting the location of cryptic binding sites in proteins and protein complexes.
A web interface is also available.

I am trying to install cryptosite on Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS and get the attached output upon running 'make test'. I get the error with either Python 3.8.8 or Python 3.6.13.

Hello,
I am trying to get cryptosite working however it seems that new versions of the dependencies are not compatible. For example ,usearch no longer has --cluster option and doesn't have --usersort option.
Another example the blast parsing:

Can you please specify the versions of the dependencies that work on the server......blast,usearch and all other dependencies
